After 3 years, the Government has yet to pass the Trade Bill, and has repeatedly refused to guarantee environmental, agricultural, animal welfare or food standards; parliamentary scrutiny; a commitment to human rights; or protections for the NHS in future trading relationships. 

Instead, today, 2 weeks before the end of the Transition Period, we were offered a sticking plaster.
